  • Where in Bristol do you deliver?
    We deliver to the following post code areas: BS1 BS2 BS3 BS4 BS5 BS6 BS7 BS8 BS9 BS10 BS11 BS13 BS14 BS15 BS16 BS31 BS34 BS41 The delivery fee will be applied in the cart/check out depending on your area. If your postcode isn't on the list and you'd like to order a cake then give us a message and we will try to do our best to accommodate you.
  • Can you deliver outside of 12pm - 4pm?
    Yes we can, please send us a message and we can arrange it for you. However, this may mean that the delivery fee may differ.
  • Where do I collect?
    Collection is from 3 Redcatch Road, Bristol, BS4 2EP.
  • I can't make the 12-4pm collection time, can I arrange for another time?
    Yes, you can. You should inform us with sufficient time to arrange this.
  • Can you deliver to a Hotel/Apartment/Student Accommodation?
    We can deliver there as long as the recipient is able to come and receive the cake at the entrance/outside the building. We are unable to deliver it to the door of room the recipient is staying in. We are able to leave the cake at reception if needed, but a reminder that we are not responsible for the cake after we have delivered it.
  • Can I order a cake to be delivered if I don't live in Bristol?
    Yes, of course! Just be sure to let the recipient know that they are expecting a delivery on the chosen day. You don't have to say it's a cake delivery if you're wanting it to be a surprise, but just so someone will be able to receive the cake at the time of delivery.
  • How long in advance shall I order?
    The order cut off time is 2 days on the website. However, we recommend ordering at least a few days in advance to avoid disappointment - even better if it's weeks in advance. That way your order and date is secured.
  • What allergens are in the cake?
    All our cakes contains Wheat, Milk, Eggs and Soya. If you have chosen to have Macarons on your cake then it will also contain Nuts (Almonds). Our cakes are made in an environment where Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame and Cereals containing Gluten may be present. We take all the necessary steps to ensure cross contamination does not happen, however, there is always a risk that one of our products has come into contact with another product. Please inform us if you have any allergies when ordering.
  • How should I store the cake?
    FRESH CREAM CAKES Our Fresh Cream Cakes need to be kept in the fridge at all times. BUTTERCREAM & BESPOKE CAKES Our Buttercream Cakes do not need to be refrigerated as long as they don't have any fruit components in them. However, it is always best to store it in the fridge to keep it fresh for longer. You can enjoy it cold, or it is best served at room temperature so be sure to bring it out for a few hours before tucking in!
  • Can I customise my cake?
    Yes, you are able to add extras to your Fresh Cream Cakes to make the cake extra special and unique. As well as that, we offer a bespoke cake service to make a cake extra personal to you or your loved one. Feel free to check out our Bespoke Cakes page for more information.
  • Are your cakes suitable for vegetarians?
    Yes, all of our cakes are vegetarian-friendly.
  • Are your cookies suitable for vegetarians?
    Yes - all of our cookies are suitable for vegetarians.
  • Do you deliver outside of Bristol?
    Yes, we offer Nationwide delivery using DPD Next Day service. *Please note the dates you choose at checkout are dispatch dates and not the day you will receive the parcel.
  • How do I store the cookies?
    Our cookies are best stored in an airtight container to keep it nice and fresh. In the warmer weather, put the cookies container in the fridge to make it last longer.
